A very nice fully equipped house with really perfect view. You will enjoy it 24 hours a day: watching the sunset from the terrace or the sitting room or the garden with your drink in one hand, admiring Pyrenees as long as there is day light, and wondering, what people are doing now in all these houses down the hill slope - in the evening when the lights are on. Believe me - the view is really marvellous - we bought the house for it. 2 bedrooms on the first floor, with double beds and wardrobes in each. Dining-sitting room, dining space for 10. A separate kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, wardrobe in each. Sitting room with a sofa-bed. Shower room and a separate WC. There is a garage and a parking space for 1 more car – in front of the gates. The property is fenced, both the garden and the house are safe for children. And there are 2 entrances - one on each floor. So you can divide early birds from those who want to sleep until 12 o'clock. Plenty of things to do all year round for all ages:you can swim in the pool (1km), in the lake Vinca (10 km) or in the sea (45 km). You can ski (40 km to 5 or 6 resorts) or if you are a beginner - learn how to ski and teach your children - in Mosset where there is a ski school (10 km).Horses and even donkeys are waiting for you to ride on their backs, spas and wine villages (5-6 km) - to improve your health and mood, and Yellow train will carry you to the most beautiful places in Pyrenees with untouched nature and perfect views. I wonder why people need TV here... though we have 2.
