Main bedroom upstairs with large wardrobe and cot. Second bedroom on the ground floor with bunkbeds and large wardrobe. Mezzanine area with tv and sofabed.
Bathroom with shower.
Separate wc.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, compact oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. A coffee maker, kettle, cooking pots and utensils are provided.
Living Room: The living room has the kitchen area at one side, with dining area and french windows leading onto the sun terrace.
Outside: Terrace with BBQ and outdoor furniture, shared pool. Secure parking.
Cleaning/towels/linen: Bed linen, tea towels and towels provided, including beach towels. These are changed weekly.

NEARBY FACILITIES
The Languedoc is one of the least known areas of France, and is blessed with over 300 days of sunshine a year and a multitude of ways to enjoy yourself for a week or two, or just a long weekend.
You can sail, dive, water-ski, swim, and canoe along the crystal clear waters of the rivers Orb, Cesse and L'Herault. You have tennis, cycle hire, horseriding, walking and the long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are 2 minutes walk away. The excellent St Thomas golf club is 12km away.
The biggest rollercoaster in France can be found at Europark, along with 3.5 hectares of fun and games, 10km away and the Aqualand watersports park is a great day out for all the family and 20km away.
The medieval fortified city of Carcassonne has been classified as a world heritage site, and you have the Cathar castles of Queribus and Peyrepertuse. The beautiful 13C cathedral in Narbonne is certainly worth a visit and there are a multitude of churches and historic sites- Roman remains in Nimes, the famous Pont du Gard; and stunning gorges, grottoes and canyons.
The magnificent vineyards of the Minervois and Corbi�res, where the patrons of a hundred different caves eagerly await your appreciation of their wines, surround us. The markets in every town are a feast for the senses and the traditional market in S�rignan is held on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. There are stunning displays of fruit & veg, a huge olive stall, mountains of cheeses and saucissons. There are stalls of clothes, pottery, leather goods, jewellery and a bar under the plane trees to recharge your batteries when you get that weary feeling, but haven't quite seen EVERY stall......
