DESCRIPTION
Le Mottay is an 18th Century stone farmhouse set within an idyllic countryside hamlet and only 1 km from the village of Sougeal with a boulangerie and tabac/bar.
The area in fantastic for walking, cycling, visiting historical places or simply relaxing in the tranquil garden. A 30minute drive can take you to golfing facilities and great beaches for watersports.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen/dining area,lounge, shower room, utility room and large games room.
The first floor provides two double bedrooms with bathroom and the top floor comprises of a converted 'granary' with 6 single beds, washroom and toilet. TV's are available in English and French, DVD unit , radio/CD/cassette player. There is a large unoverlooked lawn for BBQ's (equipment and outdoor furniture supplied)
