DESCRIPTION
Guirot Bas a property on 35 acres of nature reserve of mixed prairie and woodlands. Within our 35 acres you will find walking tracks, a stream runs through the lower part of the property and plenty of wildlife. One of the tracks leads to the Chateau de Fontirou and the Grottes.
Swimming pool 10M X 5M with security fencing is exclusively for the guests' use. By the pool there are sunlounger, parasol, table, chairs and a swing.
In front of the farmhouse is a covered terrace with large table, chairs and a barbecue. There are also badminton, boules, darts and 5 bicycles for riding around the beautiful rustic countryside or to the village 1.5km for some fresh bread.
The farmhouse is beautifully restored with exposed beams and stone walls, the oldest part of the building was constructed, by the Knights Templar for their cattle and folder. It has 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine and can accommodate upto 9 people plus 2 babies.
