Beautifully restored, The Mill House with Pool. Visitors are invited to this fully restored guest accommodation, which is located in a completely separate and independent part of our ancient Watermill. Everything is brand new for the summer and winter holiday seasons, an ideal holiday home.
The Mill House is situated just 3 km from the centre of lovely Uzès – a medieval town and one of the most sought-after and privileged holiday locations in the south, that is, away from the crowded beaches of the Mediterranean! You will enjoy the wide open spaces around the Mill House – the nearest neighbours are hardly visible and you will see the animals; two lovely well-trained dogs, horses, ducks and rabbits, shady tree-lined walkways, and the refreshing pool.
You have the unusual benefit of a fully fitted, centrally heated luxury home where you will find everything you need to ensure that your stay is complete to the last detail. Outside in the gardens, there is a summer kitchen, barbecue, shower room and separate toilet for your personal use. Entry to your part of the Mill House is by private driveway and, of course, there is plenty of parking space available.
Outside, the gardens are at your disposal. There is a large pool (9x5m). The lawns are shaded and, of course, there is adequate pool and garden furniture available for you to use.
You are welcome to stroll around the grounds, always remembering to close all the gates!
