DESCRIPTION
La Foret is a small hamlet in the department of Saone et Loire, with the Cote D'Or only minutes away. It can be reached in approximately 6 hours from the channel ports, via motorways, up to the last half hour.
The property is detached, with a rear garden and field beyond. There is a gazebo set with wooden table and chairs to shield you from the hot summer sun and garden loungers and barbecue are provided.
The one bedroom contains a double bed and bunk-beds. There is also a bed settee in the lounge and a separate dining room which can double up as a spare bedroom. A baby's cot, high chair and safety gate are provided.
The kitchen and bathroom are fitted with modern appliances and there is a fridge-freezer and washine machine in the dining room.
Both the lounge and dining room are heated by wood burning stoves for cooler weather but a gas heater is also available for occasional use during the summer.
There are plenty of maps, guides, books, games, music centre etc., together with colour TV and Sky.
