DESCRIPTION
The apartment is very comfortable and better equipped than normal as it is used by the family. It's a peaceful setting with lovely views of spectacular cliffs, Les Gets in the distance and the Avoriaz ski station perched high above.
Morzine is a very characterful French town with a weekly market and lots of cultural, sporting and Alpine activities. The restaurants and shops are lively and good value.
In winter you can ski downhill or cross-country, go snow shoe walking or just enjoy the scenery, including views of Mont Blanc.
In Summer, every kind of activity is available. You can spend the day at the Olympic sized outdoor pool in Morzine or go on excursions to Annecy, Ivoire,Thonon, Switzerland, Chamonix and Aosta in Italy.
May and June are the quiet times - you'll have the Alps and all the wild flower meadows to yourselves.
In the Autumn the colours are spectacular, the weather still warm and you can pick wild bilberries!
