On the ground floor of this accommodation there is the bright kitchen that has all the necessary amenities. This includes a electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, electric kettle and food processor. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and an iron and board. The bedrooms comprise of 1 double bedroom with direct access to the veranda, a double bedroom with a double futon bed with child's bunk bed above and single bed, and bedroom 3 has 1 king-size bed. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, WC and wash basin. There is also a separate WC. The verada has great views of the surrounding countryside and cafe style seating. On the upper floor there is an open plan lounge with original oak beams and dormer windows providing views of the surrounding countryside. Satellite television, DVD, video recorder plus films and a stereo are provided. There are books and games for the use of guests. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed. The separate bathroom has a bath/shower, WC and basin. 1 single bedroom. Telephone charges are not included. A full maid service and babysitting can be provided. Local amentities, The village is 15 minutes from Beaune and surrounded by beautiful countryside and historic villages. There are shops, restaurants and bars in the next villages and a bread/grocery van visits the village 3 times per week and will stop outside the house. Small supermarkets, food shops, restaurants and markets are found in Nolay and Mersault. Beaune has large supermarkets, interesting shops and a vibrant market twice weekly plus an antique market. Hypermarkets can be found in Chalon-sur-Soane and Dijon. The house is located on a quiet village road and has safe play areas. It has been recently renovated to provide a bright and airy living-space while retaining many original features.

NEARBY FACILITIES
The historic town of Beaune offers many tourist attractions including the famous Hospice de Beaune and the spectacular ramparts. The Tourist Office here is very helpful with many languages spoken. There are brochures with money off coupons for many attractions, these are either free or have a small charge. The 'Passeport Cote d'Or' is good value and allows entry to several attractions within the cost. Nolay boasts a spectacular limestone roof covered market place and medieval alleyways. We are very close to the Morvan, a national park with lakes and an area of outstanding beauty, the perfect destination for walking, sailing and rafting. There is swimming available at Mersault, Nolay and Beaune. Horse Riding, Climbing, Golf courses, Fishing, Water Sports, Bike Hire and Hiking can all be found locally. There are many sites of historical interests in the area including Chateaux, Roman sites and Museums. Most of the local wine producers welcome visitors for tours and tasting and are always very hospitable. There are many superb restaurants to be found within a short distance of the house offering several local specialities.
