The castle known as Le Castellas is situated in the Cévennes National Park 1km from Lasalle which boasts this imposing castle which was built between the 9th and the 17th century. It is classified as a historical monument and has been magnificiently restored after 25 years by its owners. Peaceful position. Beautiful views over the countryside. Situated on a hill (321mt a.s.l.) and dominating the river Salendrinque and the city of Lasalle, Le Castellas is of Carolingien origin and was a regal property and today is part of the historical route from Languedoc to Roussillon. 1ha of beautiful parklands. The second and top floor of the castle has been transformed into 2 beautiful and bright apartments which take their light from large glass paned windows and they are furnished with beautiful antique pieces.
